It is cheapest to call from a "Locutorio" (a shop for making calls from). It normally costs between 50 centimos and 1 sol per minute. You will need to specify which mobile company you are calling to (Telefonica) or, if you are calling the landline, tell the phone attendant it is a "fijo". DROP IN Our office can be found at Office 8, 115-A (3rd Floor), Santa Catalina, Cercado, Arequipa, Perú. It´s just a few minutes walk from the main plaza - "X" marks the spot!
